摘要
分析了线切割数控系统软件体系结构、实时控制与定时采样、三维加工轨迹跟踪技术。提出了一套利用面向对象技术、Windows多线程编程、虚拟设备驱动程序VxD开发基于Windows 9X的线切割数控系统的方法 ,全面提升了其档次。
In this paper we analyze software structure of wire-electrode cutting system, real-time control and timing sampling mechanism, three-dimension process trace technique. Bring forward a new method by which we develop wire-electrode cutting system based on Windows 9X making use of OOD,multithreading of windows and VxD. This method advance the grade of the system.
