出油阀偶件密封性与高压油管压力波分析

Analysis of Sealing Property of Outlet Valve Couple Parts and Pressure of High-Pressure Pipe

叙述了出油阀偶件密封性不良产生的原因及其带来的不良影响,并利用计算机动态采集系统对出油阀处喷油泵端的压力波形进行采集和分析,对密封性不良造成的高压管路残压过高、供油延迟和油液压力峰峰值减小、高压油管压力波形变化等进行了研究。结果表明,高压油管压力波能够反映出油阀密封性不良带来的影响。

Reasons for bad sealing property of sealing property of outlet valve couple parts and its bad influence are described.Acquisition and analysis of pressure waves at the outlet valve and the injection pump end are done with the com puter dynamic acquisiton system.Studies on the over-high residual pressure in high-pressure pipes,fueling lag,peak value reduction,of fuel pressure and variation of wave shape of pressure in high-pressure pipes are done.It is shown that pressure wave in high-pressure pipes can reflect the influence of bad sealing property of the outlet valve.
