摘要
对弧面凸轮机械手样机研制中的相关问题进行了探讨,给出了解决这些问题的方法。着重探讨了由于凸轮曲面形状过于复杂引起的凸轮动程角太小,压力角、接触应力较大的问题,并探讨了弧面凸轮机械手结构设计中易发生干涉及拨叉动态特性较差等问题。
An exploratory discussion was carried out about relevant problems in the development of prototype of globoid cam manipulator,and methods for solving these problems are presented.Problems have been emphatically discussed upon too small action angle of cam,rather big pressure angle and contact stress caused by too much complicated shape of cam profile surface.Problems of easy happened interference and comparatively poor dynamic characteristics of fork in structural design of globoid cam manipulator have also been discussed.
