摘要
因为并联机床的虚实轴之间的非线性关系,使得并联机床工件定位方法不同于传统机床。研究了并联机床工件位姿测量的基本方法,并给出了相关的计算公式。按这些方法设计的工件测量软件模块在并联机床工件测量中得到运用。
On account of non-linear relationship between virtual axis and real axis of parallel machine tool,thus caused method of positioning of workpiece in parallel machine tool differs from that in traditional machine tool.Basic methods for measurement of position and posture of workpiece in parallel machine tool were studied and the relevant computing formulae were presented.The measuring software module of workpiece being designed in accordance with these methods has been applied to the measurement of workpiece in parallel machine tool.
