主动信息服务及其系统设计研究

Research on Active Information Service and It's System Design

信息系统是一种人机系统,计算机系统作为服务提供者应该提高其主动服务的自动化程度,即机器的主动工作能力—主动可用性。文章引入主动度、兴趣度等概念评价系统的性能指标,同时介绍了智能化的方法与技术进行主动信息服务系统的设计和实现。

Since the Information System is a kind of system designed to serve the human,we should enhance it's ability of active service.In this thesis,con cepts,such as 'active usability' ,'activity' and 'interested degree' ,are introduced to estimate the performance of the system.Furthermore,intelligent methods and technologies are researched to design and realize an active information system.
