燃油炉改为六角水煤浆炉的流场数值模拟研究

摘要 将燃油锅炉改烧水煤浆,针对避免受热面结渣的问题,采用k-e 双方程湍流模型,在燃尽风反切和正切两种工况下,对燃烧器六角布置的炉膛内的气流流动特性进行数值模拟研究,由此探讨和寻求切实可行的工程技术改造方案。 A oil boiler is retrofitted to burn coal water slurry, major in the problem of avoiding heating surface slag, in the case of combustion out air were arranged as reverse tangentially and positive tangentially, gas flow characteristics of six corners burner furnace was studied by numerical simulation with k-e two-equation turbulence model, to discuss and seek practical and effective technology retrofit scheme in engineering practice.
