摘要
余热锅炉的积灰给其运行的安全性和经济性带来了危害。结合再生烟气的特性,分析了余热锅炉产生积灰、堵灰的成因及其影响因素,认为可将余热锅炉积灰分成松散性和粘结性两种型态,采取相应的措施。同时讨论了防止余热锅炉常用翅片管的积灰措施。
Deposition on HRSGs used in regenerative flue gas endangers its operation and safety. A brief description of the gas characteristic is given and the mechanism of deposition as well as dust block up on HRSGs is analyzed. Deposition can be distinguished between friable and bonded. The measures to remove deposition are presented. The measures to reduce deposition on spiral finned tube used in HRSGs are also discussed.
