摘要
在铸造现场对温度进行测试往往受到各种干扰而影响温度测试的精度 ,为减少干扰造成的测试误差 ,本文提出用单芯电缆作为传感器的传输线和电源线 ,用脉冲量传输替代模拟量传输的温度信号传输方法 ,从而提高温度测试的精度 ,并以 pt— 10 0为例 。
Testing the temperature on the spot of foundry always being disturbed in any way, and affect the precision of the test. In order to reduce the testing error which being brought by all sorts of disturb, this paper advanced a way of using one core cable as transmission line and power line of sensor, and missing the transmission of impulse quantity as a substitute of the transmission of simulation quantity. Table pt-100as an example, give a applied air out diagram, and improve the precision of temperature-test consequently.
