分析了杭州市山核桃加工利用现状与其经济价值、生产经营中存在的问题与不足,了解了山核桃的市场供需状况,提出实施以科技为依托、市场为导向快速、健康地实现杭州市山核桃产业化的对策与建议。
Based on analysis on current situation of hickory nut processing in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, economic value, problems in production and management, as well as demand and supply of hickory nut, countermeasures were offered such as application of science and technology, market-oriented.
