企业信息化是提高企业经济效益和竞争能力的有效途径,而ERP与BPR整合则是企业信息化建设的核心和关键。ERP(企业资源计划)与BPR(企业业务流程重组)整合也存在必要性和可行性:通过整合,将两者融为一体,可以解决ERP应用中的瓶颈问题以及提高企业资源的利用效率。实现ERP与BPR整合过程主要包括三个方面的关键问题:思想重建、流程重建以及组织结构重建。其中,思想重建是实现整合的前提,流程重建是整合的核心,而组织重建则是整合的重要内容。

Enterprise informationization is an efficient way to improve enterprise economic efforts and its competency, while to carry out integration of ERP with BPR is important in enterprise informationization. It can impove enterprise resource's efficiency and account for ERP's applicative problems. The integrative course of ERP and BPR includes three critical problems: concept reengineering, process reengineering and organization structure reengineering. In the integration, concept reengineering is the hypothesis, process reengineering is the core and organization structure reengineering is the important content.
