Post SARS -Its Side-effects upon Chinese Economy and Countermeasures

SARS不是一场经济危机 ,但它对我国经济的微观、中观、宏观层面均造成一定程度的影响。针对SARS对不同个体、企业、行业、地区经济的影响及对消费、投资、净出口等各方面的冲击 ,得到应将调整个人生活模式与企业经营方式相结合 ;将发展实体经济与虚拟经济相结合 ;将开展政府扶助与生产自救工作相结合 ;将促进对外开放与对内开发相结合 ;将实现经济增长与社会进步相结合以应对SARS危机的启示。

SARS, an unexpected crisis, has left some side-effects upon Chinese economy on micro, midcro and macro levels. According to the influences upon different people and different enterprises, we suggest changing the life style, adjusting the operating plan. In view of the attack on different industries in different districts, we propose self-help production projects and interregional cooperation under the support of the government and association. As to the influence upon Chinese consumption, investment and export, we put forward nuturing new consumption growth points and increasing new investing projects, ensuring autonomous investment and creating favorable conditions for export expansion.
