An Analysis of Financing Approach and Financing structure of Dealers

我国券商需要解决与国外券商两个方面的差距 :一是解决长期资本不足和长期资本结构问题 ;二是拓宽现有短期融资通道。为此 ,可以通过发行金融债券来拓宽长期资本融通途径 ,可以通过银行间拆借、证券回购融资。

Chinese dealers should shorten the distance from foreign dealers in two aspects. One is the insufficiency of long-term capital and the structure problem of it, the other is to expand financing channel of short-term capital. So we should expand financing channel of long-term capiatl through issuing financial securities and increase financing channel of short-term capital through interbank loan, repurchasing securities, leasehold financing and so on.
