摘要
用博弈论方法对国有企业经营者的激励、约束机制进行分析 ,探索现代国有企业新的激励、约束均衡 ,促使经营者为企业创造更多的价值 。
To promote value created by mangers of state-owned enterprises and help the enterprises development, this article tried to find a new equilibrium of incentive-constraint for modern state-owned enterprises, through analysis of incentive-constraint mechanism for state-owned enterprises using method of game theory.
