摘要
通过对城市经营背景的分析 ,探索了对城市资源进行资本化经营的一种新的城市管理方式。分析了规划效益化、土地配置市场化、设施建设社会化、设施管理企业化、投资主体多元化、城市管理规范化等城市资本化经营的主要策略 。
This paper have analyzed the backgrounds of urban management and probed a new urban management way of capitalization for city resources. We have discussed major strategies and countermeasures such as planning benefits, market mechanism of land disposition, socialization and enterprise management of facilities construction, management standardization and diversity investment etc. We also made suggestion in some problems of operation.
