摘要
通过有限元法模拟镀锌钢板脉冲GTAW电弧钎焊温度场,研究了改变钎焊参数对692K(镀锌层熔化温度)和1323K(钎料熔化温度)的两条温度线的宽度变化的影响。经实验验证,计算结果与实测值结果相接近。研究表明,采用有限元数值模拟方法[1]可以用于优化钎焊工艺。
The effect of brazing temperature field of Zincplating steel sheet on fillermetal metal wetting and spreading is modeled by finite element analysis in this article.Through changing brazing parameters,the changing curve of both 692K (temperature link of Zinc melted) and 1 323K(temperature link of brazing filler metal melted) are obtained. Compared with the practical experiment result,it is seen that they are similar. So it's worth of developing to optimize the brazing process through finite element analysis.
