摘要
颗粒增强型金属基复合材料是一种具有优越性能的复合材料。由于工艺上的原因,复合材料内部存在着缺陷,严重影响着材料的机械性能和物理性能,因此在应用时必须对它进行无损检测。本文应用超声C扫描系统对颗粒增强型金属基复合材料进行无损检测,提供了一种能够显示复合材料内部缺陷横截面图的无损检测方法。可以根据所得到的图形确定材料中缺陷的尺寸和形状,并根据缺陷形状,判定缺陷的性质,同时也为进一步改进制造工艺提供了依据。
Particulate reinforced metal matrix will be widely applied before long because of its excellent properties and low production cost. But there are defects in the composites. So nondestructive testing must do when applying. Applying ultrasonic Cscanning system in nondestructive testing particulate reinforced metal metrix composites, the size and shape of defect are got. According to size and shape of the defect, the method introduced by this paper can deduce essence of the defect. Finally, two workpieces of SiCp / Al composites are tested. The experimental results are given.
