摘要
废弃产品的拆卸回收是绿色再制造的中心问题。在众多的拆卸序列中,存在着成本 效益的优化问题。本文提出了一种新的基于Petri网的拆卸优化模型,其中各参数的物理意义明确,运用线性规划可得出优化解。给出一种气动铣夹具实例,其拆卸序列较多、应用的材料具有多样性,可用来说明本文提出的方法切实可行,具有工程应用的价值。
Disassembly of wornout or malfunctioning products is a principal matter during the green remanufacturing. Optimization of cost / benefit exists in many disassembly orders. This paper proposes a new mathematical sound disassembly optimal model based on Petri net.Its parameters have obvious physical meanings.The optimal solution can be obtained through 01 linear programming.The proposed method is demonstrated through the milling fixture which has many parts and disassembly orders and has several kinds of materials. The result is satisfied.
