摘要
分析了柴油机缸盖振动机理,运用小波包对振动信号进行分析与讨论,将含噪信号进行小波包降噪处理,对降噪信号进行小波包分解,通过提取频带能量特征,对柴油机缸盖漏气故障进行了诊断。
Analyses the elements of vibration on diesel cylinder lip, and discusses the vibration signal using wavelet packets. After denoising with wavelet packets,the authors pick up the energy characters of signal frequency bands which decomposed with wavelet packets, and diagnoses the fault of leaking gas of diesel cyclinder lid.
