This paper recounts briefly the fundamental concept and categories divide of virtual enterprise(VE)which as an orientation of Institute creation in knowledge economic times,and concludes it's general features.This paper also profoundly analyses the appearance cause of VE and puts forward a new view on the efficiency of VE.
