14株患病水生动物气单胞菌属细菌的分离鉴定与最佳治疗药物筛选试验

Isolation,Identification and Selective Test for the Best Curative Medicine on Fourteen Strains of Aeromonas.sp from Infected Aquatic Animals

从患病甲鱼、河蟹、牛蛙、鲫体内共分离到14株气单胞菌属细菌,对它们进行了生化鉴定和药敏试验。根据药敏试验结果,选取1株嗜水气单胞菌(J50503-1)和1株温和气单胞菌(NT712-10)作了最小抑菌浓度试验和人工感染及治疗试验。结果表明,氟苯尼考对上述细菌有很好的防治作用。

Fourteen strains of Aeromonas.sp were isolated from infected softshelled turtle,river crab,bullfrog,crucian carp.Biochemical identification and antibioticsensitive test were conducted.Besides the lowest concentration in restraining bacteria test and artificial infection and curation test were completed by using two strains of Aerominas.sp(J50503-1,NT712-10).The result indicated that Florfenicol was effective for restraining these bacteria.
