盐酸氨溴索注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection and procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid in treating infantile pneumonia

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2015年5月景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的肺炎患儿90例,采用抽签的方式分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患儿予以常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上予以盐酸氨溴索注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状体征消退时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽消退时间、发热消退时间及啰音消失时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效显著,可缩短患儿临床症状消退时间,减轻患儿的痛苦,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection and procaterol hydrochloride oral liq-uid in treating infantile pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with infantile pneumonia were selected in the Maternal and Child Health Care Center of Jingdezhen from May 2013 to May 2015,according to the lottery,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. Control group were given routine treatment,observation group were given ambroxol hydrochloride injection and procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid on the basis of control group. Clinical effect,clinical signs and symptoms subsided time and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05),cough regression time,fever regression time and rale disappeared time of observation group were shorter rhan those of control group(P < 0. 05),incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection and procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid have notable curative effect in the treatment of infantile pneumonia,can shorten clinical symptoms subsided time,reduce the patients' pain,have less adverse reactions.
