喷他佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于无痛结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果

The effect of pentazocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy

目的研究喷他佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于无痛结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果。方法选取2013年8月—2015年5月于内江市云川医院实施无痛结肠镜检查的204例患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组102例。对照组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉诱导。研究组在对照组基础上给予喷他佐辛麻醉诱导。比较两组患者的麻醉诱导剂量、麻醉剂总给药剂量、术中视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和定向力恢复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组麻醉诱导剂量、麻醉剂总给药剂量少于对照组,术中VAS评分低于对照组,定向力恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者呻吟、躁动、低血压、心动过缓及呼吸抑制发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喷他佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于无痛结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果显著,安全性好。

Objective To study the effect of pentazocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy. Methods A total of 204 patients received painless colonoscopy in Yunchuan Hospital of Neijiang from August 2013 to May 2015 were se-lected,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,102 cases in each group. Control group received 0. 9﹪sodium chloride injection combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia induction,the study group were given pentazocine com-bined with propofol intravenous anesthesia induction. The anesthesia induction dose,total dose of narcotic drugs,intraoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the recovery time of the directional force between the two groups were compared. Ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Anesthesia induction dose,total dose of narcotic drugs of stud-y group were less than control group,VAS scores were lower than control group,the recovery time of the directional force were shorter than control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant differences in the incidence between two groups of( P >0. 05). Conclusion The effect of pentazocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy is significant,has good safety.
