硝苯地平控释片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效

Effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet and magnesium sulfate injection in treating gestational hypertension

目的探讨硝苯地平控释片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2015年6月遂宁市船山区妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期高血压患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者予以硫酸镁注射液治疗,观察组患者予以硝苯地平控释片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血压情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效显著,可改善患者血压。

Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet and magnesium sulfate injection in treating gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational hypertension were selected in the Chuanshan District Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Suining from June 2014 to June 2015,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. Control group were given magnesium sulfate injection treatment,observa-tion group were given nifedipine controlled release tablet and magnesium sulfate injection treatment. Before and after treatment, blood pressure and clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,blood pressure showed no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0. 05),after treatment,blood pressure of observation group was lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablet and magnesium sulfate injection have notable curative effect in the treatment of gestational hypertension,can improve the patients' blood pressure.
