频发室性期前收缩的超声心电图特征分析与射频消融术治疗

摘要 目的探讨频发室性期前收缩的超声心电图特征与射频消融术治疗。方法选取2012年6月—2015年6月潢川县人民医院收治的频发室性期前收缩患者100例,采用超声心动图技术统计患者治疗前、治疗后1、3、6个月左房最大容积(LAVmax)、左房最小容积(LAVmin)、左房收缩前容积(LAVpre)、左房射血分数(LAEF)、心室被动射血分数(LAVFpassive)和心室主动射血分数(LAEFactive)。结果患者治疗后1个月LAVmax、LAVpre低于治疗前,LAEF,LAVFpassive,LAVFactive高于治疗前,患者治疗后3个月LAVmax、LAVpre低于治疗后1个月,LAEF,LAVFpassive,LAVFactive高于治疗后1个月,患者治疗后6个月LAVmax、LAVpre低于治疗后3个月,LAEF,LAVFpassive,LAVFactive高于治疗后3个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频消融术治疗频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效显著,采用超声心电图能有效地展示患者的心功能改善情况。
