中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效

Effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in treating postoperative adhesive ileus

目的探讨中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年11月吉安县敦厚镇卫生院收治的术后粘连性肠梗阻患者130例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各65例。对照组患者予以西医治疗,观察组患者予以中西医结合治疗。观察两组患者住院时间、胃管拔除时间、肛门排气时间及临床疗效。结果观察组患者住院时间、胃管拔除时间、肛门排气时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效显著,可缩短患者住院时间、胃管拔除时间、肛门排气时间。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in treating postop-erative adhesive ileus. Methods A total of 130 patients with postoperative adhesive ileus were selected in the Dunhou Institutes of Health Jian County from December 2011 to November 2013,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group. Control group were given western medical treatment,observation group were given integrated tra-ditional chinese and western medicine treatment. Hospitalization time,gastric tube extraction time,anal exsufflation time and clinical effect between the two groups were observed. Results Hospitalization time,gastric tube extraction time,anal exsuffla-tion time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated traditional chinese and western medicine have notable curative effect in the treatment of postoperative adhesive ileus,can shorten hospitalization time,gastric tube extraction time,anal exsuf-flation time.
