康复指导性训练在颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of rehabilitation training guidance on craniocerebral trauma

目的探讨康复指导性训练在颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年3月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的颅脑损伤患者86例,按随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各43例。B组患者予以常规护理,A组患者予以康复指导性训练。观察两组患者护理前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分、Baethel指数(BI)及简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评分。结果护理前两组患者GCS评分、BI指数、FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后A组患者GCS评分、BI指数、FMA评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复指导性训练在颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用效果显著,能改善患者认知功能与生活自理能力,促进患者肢体功能恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training guidance on craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 86 patients with craniocerebral trauma were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical Uni-versity from February 2013 to March 2014,according to random number table,they were divided into A group and B group,43 cases in each group. B group were given routine nursing,A group were given rehabilitation training guidance. Before and after nursing,Glasgow coma score(GCS),Baethel index(BI)and Fugl Meyer Assessment(FMA)score between the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing,GCS,BI,FMA score showed no significant differences between the two groups(P> 0. 05);after nursing,GCS,BI,FMA score of A group were higher than those of B group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Re-habilitation training guidance has notable application effect on craniocerebral trauma,can improve cognitive function in patients with self - care ability and life,promote the limb functional recovery.
