醒脑静注射液治疗重型手足口病疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of xingnaojing injection in heavy HFMD

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗重型手足口病的效果。方法将60例重症儿童手足口症患儿根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例。2组患者均给予甘露醇和甲泼尼龙进行基础治疗。对照组在此基础上给予利巴韦林静脉滴注;试验组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用醒脑静注射液。1个疗程后观察比较2组患者的各临床症状消退情况以及治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组发热、皮疹情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组退热时间、神经系统症状消退时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,2组患儿未发生严重不良反应。结论醒脑静注射液治疗重症手足口病取得良好临床效果,治疗中未发现不良反应,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing injection in heavy HFMD. Methods 60 cases patients with heavy HFMD were randomly divided into test group and control group,each of 30 cases. 2 groups were treated by mannitol and methyl prednisolone. Control group was additionally treated by ribavirin. Test group was additionally treated by xingnaojing injection. After treatment compared the regression of symptoms and signs,clinical efficiency of 2 groups. Results The total efficiency of test group( 96. 7%) was higher than that of control group( 80. 0%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The fever rate and rash rate of 2 groups has no statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The cooling time,neurological symptoms subside time and the average hospitalization time of test group were less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In the course of treatment,no serious adverse reaction in 2 groups. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection in severe HFMD has an good effect,no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
