血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒的疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of hemoperfusion in paraquat poisoning

目的观察血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒的疗效。方法将40例急性百草枯中毒患者随机分为血液灌流组20例和非血液灌流组20例。非血液灌流组给予常规治疗。血液灌流组在上述常规治疗基础上加血液灌流治疗。对比2组临床疗效、症状体征和并发症情况,及住院期间生化指标水平。结果血液灌流组临床疗效优于非血液灌流组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生化指标优于非血液灌流组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床表现及并发症2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期行血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒有较好疗效,提高了百草枯中毒患者的生存率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion in paraquat poisoning. Methods 40 cases patients with paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into hemoperfusion group and non-hemoperfusion group,each of 20 cases.Non-hemoperfusion group was treated by conventional treatment. Hemoperfusion group was treatmented by hemoperfusion. After treatment,compared the clinical effect,signs and symptoms,complications,biochemical indicators of 2 groups. Results The total efficiency and biochemical indicators of hemoperfusion group was higher than that of non-hemoperfusion group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). All patients with tongue burning throat,abdominal pain,dizziness symptoms. 20 cases patients with palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,arrhythmia 1 ~ 2days after poisoned. 11 cases patients with Oliguria,anuria,10 cases patients with yellow skin and sclera,35 cases patients with oral mucosal hyperemia,ulceration 2 ~ 5days after poisoned. 16 cases patients dyspnea,10 cases patients with consciousness,irritability. Conclusion Hemoperfusion in paraquat poisoning has an good effect,enhance the survival rates.
