盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心力衰竭伴室性期前收缩的临床疗效

Effect of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets and metoprolol tartrate tablets in treating heart failure with contracts ventricular extrasystole

目的探讨盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心力衰竭伴室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法选取2013—2014年迁西县人民医院收治的慢性心律失常伴室性期前收缩患者104例,采用计算机产生随机数字分为对照组53例与观察组51例。对照组患者予以盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后静息时心室率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者静息时心室率、LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者静息时心室率、LVEDV、LVESV低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者室性期前收缩临床疗效及心功能临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心力衰竭伴室性期前收缩的临床疗效显著,可改善患者心功能,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effect of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets and metoprolol tartrate tablets in treating heart failure with contracts ventricular extrasystole. Methods A total of 104 patients with heart failure with contracts ventricular extrasystole were selected in the People’s Hospital of Qianxi County from 2013 to 2014,using computer to generate random numbers were divided into control group 53 cases and observation group 51 cases. Control group were given amiodarone hydrochloride tablets treatment,observation group were given metoprolol tartrate tablets on the basis of control group. Before and after treatment,rest heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),left ventricular end- diastolic volume( LVEDV),left ventricular end- systolic volume( LVESV), clinical effect and incidence condition of adverse reaction between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,rest heart rate,LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV showed no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05),after treatment,rest heart rate,LVEDV,LVESV of observation group were lower than those of control group,LVEF of observation group was lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); ventricular extrasystole clinical effect and cardiac function clinical effect of observation group were better than those of control group( P < 0. 05); incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets and metoprolol tartrate tablets have notable curative effect in the treatment of heart failure with contracts ventricular extrasystole,can improve cardiac function and less adverse reaction.
