盐酸氨溴索注射液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇注射液治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with salbutamol sulfate injection in treating bronchiectasis

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇注射液治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2012年2月成都市新都区人民医院收治的支气管扩张患者72例,按随机数字原则分为试验组与对照组,各36例。对照组患者均予以常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上予以盐酸氨溴索注射液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇注射液治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标〔呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)〕、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者PEF、FVC、FEV1比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者PEF、FVC、FEV1高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者CPR水平、ESR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者CPR水平、ESR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇注射液治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效显著,可改善患者肺功能,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with salbutamol sulfate injection in treating bronchiectasis. Methods A total of 72 patients with bronchiectasis were selected in the Xindu District People’s Hospital of Chengdu from June 2011 to February 2012,according to the principle of digital random,they were divided into experimental group and control group,31 cases in each group. Control group were given routine treatment,experimental group were given ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with salbutamol sulfate injection treatment on the basis of control group. Clinical effect,before and after treatment,lung function index 〔peak expiratory flow rate( PEF),forced vital capacity( FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second( FEV1) 〕,c- reactive protein( CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR)and incidence condition of adverse reaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05); before treatment,PEF,FVC,FEV1 showed no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05),after treatment,PEF,FVC,FEV1 of experimental group were higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05); before treatment,CPR,ESR showed no significant differences between the two groups( P> 0. 05),after treatment,CPR,ESR of experimental group were lower than those of control group( P < 0. 05); no one of the two groups occurred serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with salbutamol sulfate injection have notable curative effect in the treatment of bronchiectasis,can improve lung function and less adverse reaction.
