舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果对比

Comparison of effect between sufentanil and remifentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia on laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的比较舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年于包头医学院第二附属医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者81例,按随机数字表法分为对照组40例与观察组41例。对照组患者予以瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚行全凭静脉麻醉维持,观察组患者予以舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚行全凭静脉麻醉维持。观察两组患者术后1、6、12h主诉疼痛分级、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后1、6、12h主诉疼痛分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者恶心、呕吐、苏醒期躁动、腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,可延长患者镇痛时间,且并发症少。

Objective To compare the effect between sufentanil and remifentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia on laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 81 patients with patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected in the Second Affilinated Hospital of Baotou Medieal College in 2014,according to the stochastic number table method,they were divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 41 cases. Control group were given remifentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia,observation group were given sufentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia. After surgery 1,6,12 h,verbal report scale,breathing recovery time,extubation time and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results After surgery 1,6,12 h,verbal report scale of observation group were better tnan those of control group( P < 0. 05); breathing recovery time,extubation time of observation group were longer than those of control group( P < 0. 05); nausea,vomiting,restlessness during recovery,the incidence of abdominal distension of observation group were lower than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia have notable curative effect on laparoscopic cholecystectomy,can prolong patient analgesia and fewer complications.
