医院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

Analysis of type I incision surgery perioperative period prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents

目的分析医院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物使用情况,为临床加强围术期合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取2013年6~12月Ⅰ类切口手术病历150例(对照组),2014年6~12月Ⅰ类切口手术病历150例(干预组),对2组预防用抗菌药物的合理性进行统计分析。结果干预组150例患者中有72例患者预防应用抗菌药,总预防应用率由92%下降至48%;药物选择合理率由46.38%上升至90.28%;用药疗程合理率由37.68%上升至87.50%。结论整治后该院的Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药取得了一定成效,但仍存在用药时机不准确、药物品种选择欠妥等情况,需进一步规范抗菌药物的使用。

Objective To analyze the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital,to evaluate its rationality,and to provide references for proper use of antibiotics for preoperative period. Methods Randomly selected 150 cases of typeⅠincision operation in a hospital from June to November in 2013( as control group),and 150 cases from June to November in 2014( as intervention group). The rationality of antibiotics prophylaxis was made statistical analysis and compared between two groups. Results After the intervention,among the 150 cases,72 received prophylactic antibiotics,the usage rate of antibiotics was decreased from 92% to 48%; the rational rate of drug choice rose from 46. 38% to 90. 28%; the curse of treatment rose from 37. 68% to 87. 50%. Conclusion Although prevention medication use has some effective rusults in typeⅠincision operation in this hospital,but the incorrect opportunity of drug usage,the defect of category selection and other issuses still existed. We should continue to futher standardizae the use of antibacterial drugs.
