子宫背带式缝合术用于剖宫产术中出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of strap uterine suture for hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的分析子宫背带式缝合术应用于剖宫产术中出血的临床效果。方法将80例剖宫产术中出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用方块式缝合术止血治疗,而观察组采用子宫背带式缝合术止血治疗。比较2组治疗效果、术中出血及术后子宫出血量,并对患者的术后并发症跟踪观察。结果观察组患者的治疗显效率为55.0%显著高于对照组的25.0%,治疗总有效率为95.0%也显著高于对照组的55.0%(P<0.05);术中出血量明显少于对照组,且术后24h患者的阴道出血量亦少于对照组;并发症发生率为7.5%(3/40)低于对照组的47.5%(19/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术应用于剖宫产术中出血的临床效果显著,值得进行临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the strap uterine suture for hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods 80 cases of hemorrhage in cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group used block suture hemostatic therapy,and observation group used strap uterine suture hemostasis. Compared the therapeutic effect,the amount of bleeding after operation and postoperative complications of two groups. Results The effective rate in observation group was 55. 0% significantly higher than 25. 0% in control group,the total effective rate was 95. 0% significantly higher than 55. 0% in control group,bleeding was significantly less than that of control group and postoperative 24 h in patients with vaginal bleeding was also less than control group,the complication rate was 7. 5%( 3 /40)lower than 47. 5%( 19 /40) of control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effectsun back of the strap uterine suture for hemorrhage in cesarean section is remarkable,is worth popularizing in clinical.
