胸苷激酶1与血液肿瘤的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着化学因素、物理因素、生物因素及污染等多种因素的诱发,使恶性血液病的发病率逐渐增高,而目前对恶性血液疾病的早期发现、早期诊断及对患者的病情监测及治疗效果的评估,尚缺少一个较为理想的血清学监测指标。胸苷激酶1(thymidine kinase-1,TKl)能将脱氧胸苷转化为胸苷酸,是合成DNA的关键酶,是一种与细胞周期性分裂有关的血生化指标,可在多种肿瘤患者的血清中检测到,
