复发性流产的病因学研究进展

Etiology research progress of recurrent spontaneous abortion

复发性流产(RSA)是全世界共同关注的疑难病症,也是妇科常见病之一,其发病率占育龄妇女的0.4%~0.8%。RSA的病因复杂,排除解剖、遗传、感染、内分泌因素及免疫因素,约40%患者病因尚不明确,给患者带来严重的身心伤害,影响了其家庭幸福和社会稳定。RSA常见病因较多,目前免疫因素已成为研究热点。本文对RSA的病因学研究进展进行综述。

Recurrent abortion( RSA) is a common attention to the disease all over the world,is also one of the common disease of department of gynaecology,incidence of RSA for 0. 4% ~ 0. 8% of reproductive women. The cause of RSA are complex,including eliminate anatomy,genetic,infection,endocrine factors and immune factors,about 40% of patients’ s etiology is unclear,for patients with serious physical and mental damage,affect the family happiness and social stability. Immune factors has become a hot research topic at present. This paper summarized research progress on etiology of RSA.
