鼻窦冲洗治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of sinus rinse in the treatment of children sinusitis

目的观察采用布地奈德混悬液联合生理盐水进行鼻窦冲洗治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选择118例鼻窦炎患儿作为观察对象,将其分为A、B、C组,A组42例患者采用布地奈德混悬液联合生理盐水行鼻窦冲洗治疗;B组40例患者使用减充血剂呋嘛液和复方洁霉素滴鼻联合普通药物治疗,C组36例患者单纯使用普通稀释黏痰、改善纤毛功能并促进分泌物排出的药物进行治疗,5周后复查鼻窦CT观察疗效。结果 A组、B组、C组的总有效率分别为92.86%、85.00%、72.22%,A组临床疗效优于B组,明显优于C组,组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合生理盐水进行鼻窦冲洗其疗效优于减充血剂和传统口服药物,其疗程短,安全性好,简单易操作,易于家长和儿童接受,其应用价值值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating children sinusitis with budesonide suspension and physiological saline. Methods A total of 118 patients with sinusitis as the observation object,which 42 patients use budesonide suspension and physiological saline as group A;40 patients use decongestants and compound lincomycin as group B;36cases simplly to use routine drugs sush as diluting sticky sputum,improving ciliary function and promoting the secretion eduction as group C. 5 weeks later review sinus CT to observe the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the three groups was 92. 86%,85. 00%,72. 22%,the clinical curative effect of group A was better than group B,which was significantly superior to group C,the differences in efficacy had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Budesonide suspension and physiological saline for treating sinusitis are better than the decongestants and traditional oral drugs. Because of it’ s short course,safety,simple and easy to operate and accept,its application value is worthy to be popularized.
