The countermeasures of ABO blood type incompatibility of blood transfusion

目的探讨ABO血型不合输血对策。方法将200例ABO血型不合输血患者随机分为研究组和对照组各100例。研究组输血前采取全方位输血对策,对照组输血前未进行特殊处理。对比2组输血不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者在发热、过敏、负荷过重等方面发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为8.0%低于对照组的31.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床ABO血型不合输血患者,应用全方位输血对策,可降低不良反应的发生,发挥积极影响。

Objective To analyze the countermeasures of ABO blood group incompatibility of blood transfusion.Methods 200 cases of ABO incompatible blood transfusion were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of100 cases. The control group did not carry out special treatment before blood transfusion. The patients in the study group were treated with the total blood transfusion countermeasures,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,the incidence of fever,allergies,overload and other aspects were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group( 31. 0%) was lower than that of the control group(8. 0%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In view of the clinical ABO incompatibile blood transfusion patients,the application of the whole blood transfusion countermeasures can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and play a positive impact.
