MCP-1、血清铁与老年糖尿病性骨质疏松的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、血清铁与老年糖尿病性骨质疏松的相关性。方法选取糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者43例(DO组),糖尿病无骨质疏松的患者42例(DM组)。检测2组患者腰椎(L1~L4)及左侧股骨颈部的骨密度,并采集空腹血检测2组患者血清铁及外周血中MCP-1蛋白质表达水平。结果 DO组腰椎T值和股骨颈T值均低于DM组,血清铁低于DM组,血清MCP-1高于DM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清铁与股骨颈T值(r=0.613,P<0.05)、腰椎T值(r=0.592,P<0.05)呈正相关;MCP-1表达水平与股骨颈T值(r=-0.85,P<0.05)、腰椎T值(r=-0.89,P<0.05)呈负相关。结论糖尿病性骨质疏松外周血MCP-1表达水平增高,血清铁含量减少,MCP-1和血清铁可能参与了糖尿病性骨质疏松的发生。
