摘要 目前用于脑功能检查的影像手段包括:f MRI、SPECT、PET等。在f MRI、SPECT、PET脑功能成像分析等领域中,统计参数图(statistical parametric mapping,SPM)被广泛采用。SPM是由英国Hammersmith医院的Friston等开发,原理是假设图像中的像素值服从一个已知概率分布(通常是T分布或F分布)[1],应用标准统计方法对f MRI、
