摘要 人体成年身高是一种复杂的多基因遗传性状,某些相关基因的多态性变化可能决定人群身材高矮的差异,导致部分人群矮小。现在身高渐渐受到人们的广泛关注,患有生长障碍疾病的儿童能否得到及时诊断及治疗可影响其本人心理、学业、事业、婚姻等诸多方面,因此受到家长及临床医师高度重视。矮身材(short stature)是指在相似环境下,身高较同种族、同性别、
