我院门诊药房处方点评与分析

Comments and analysis of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital

目的了解我院门诊用药情况,分析不合理处方情况。方法抽取2014年10月-2015年9月我院门诊处方共689 257张,并对其进行了审核,对不合理处方进行登记并分析。结果 689 257张处方中,不合理处方1886张(0.27%),合格处方占99.73%。处方平均用药种数3.41个,抗菌药物使用率19.82%,注射剂使用率12.94%,基本药物使用率90.52%,药品通用名称使用率100.00%,平均每张处方金额267.81元。结论我院门诊实行处方点评分析以来,处方质量进一步提高,仍存在一定问题,需药师继续提高服务水平,促进合理用药。

Objective To investigate the state of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and analyse the irrational prescriptions. Methods Selected 689 257 outpatient prescriptions from October 2014 to September 2015. And the irrational prescriptions were reported and analyzed. Results There were 1886 irrational prescriptions in 689 257 prescriptions. The utili-zation rate of rational drugs was 99. 73% . The average drug used was 3. 41. The utilization rate of antibiotic drugs was 19. 82% . The utilization rate of injections was 12. 94% . The utilization rate of basic drugs was 90. 52% . The proportion of drugs with common name was 100. 00% . The average amount was 267. 81 yuan per patient. Conclusion Due to the establish-ment of the prescription comment and analysis system,the quality of outpatient prescriptions is improved. However there are still some problems. Pharmaceutical care should be improved and promote the rational use of drugs.
