霉酚酸酯与环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的对比分析

Comparative analysis of mycophenolate mofetil and cyclophosphamide in treatment of lupus nephritis

目的比较霉酚酸酯与环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床效果。方法将狼疮性肾炎患者48例根据治疗药物不同分成观察组和对照组各24例。2组患者均应用泼尼松治疗,同时观察组应用霉酚酸酯治疗,对照组应用环磷酰胺治疗。观察2组患者治疗效果,不良反应发生情况:主要包括腹泻、感染、白细胞降低。结果观察组总有效率为75.00%高于对照组的45.83%,不良反应发生率为45.83%低于对照组的70.83%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用霉酚酸酯治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效较显著,优于环磷酰胺,不仅提高了患者的生命质量,且安全性高,在临床上可推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of mycophenolate mofetil and cyclophosphamide in treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods According to the different treatment,48 patients with lupus nephritis were divided into observation group and control group,each of 24 cases. The two groups patients received prednisone treatment,while observation group was given with mycophenolate mofetil,control group treated with cyclophosphamide. Observed the treatment effect,adverse reactions occur:including diarrhea,infections,leukopenia. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 75. 00% higher than 45. 83% of control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 45. 83% lower than 70. 83% in control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Treatment of mycophenolate mofetil in lupus nephritis is more sig-nificant,better than cyclophosphamide,not only improve the quality of life for patients and high safety,it could be applied in clinical practice.
