埃索美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年抑郁伴非糜烂性胃食管反流的疗效研究

Curative effect of esomeprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen in the treatment of elderly depression patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux

目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年抑郁伴非糜烂性胃食管反流的疗效。方法选择2013年1月—2015年1月海军北京万寿路离职干部休养所门诊部收治的老年抑郁伴非糜烂性胃食管反流患者120例作为研究对象。采用抽签的方法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组患者予以埃索美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗;对照组患者予以埃索美拉唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1、3个月后症状量表(Gerd Q)评分以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果治疗前两组患者Gerd Q评分及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、3个月Gerd Q评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗老年抑郁伴非糜烂性胃食管反流的疗效显著,症状缓解快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the esomeprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen in the treatment of elderly depression patients with non- erosive gastroesophageal reflux. Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly depression patients with non- erosive gastroesophageal reflux were select from January 2013 to January 2015 in the The Navy Wanshou Road Clinic of Beijing Departure Cadre,which were divided into the observation group and the control group by drawing lots,60 cases in each group. The observation group was given esomeprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen,the control group was given esomeprazole. The Gerd Q scores and SDS scores before treatment and after 1 month,3 months of treatment were compared. Results There was no differences of the Gerd Q scores or SDS scores before treatment between two groups( P> 0. 05),after 1 month,3 months of treatment,the Gerd Q scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion It has a significant clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen in the treatment of elderly depression patients with non- erosive gastroesophageal reflux,it could remit the symptoms quickly and worthy of clinical application.
