摘要
目的观察大剂量纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗重度急性酒精中毒的效果。方法将86例重度急性酒精中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组常规基础治疗加大剂量纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗;对照组仅常规基础治疗加大剂量纳洛酮。对比观察2组清醒时间及酒后症状,分析患者临床舒适度。结果治疗组患者清醒时间短于对照组,临床舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量纳洛酮联合醒脑静救治重度急性酒精中毒疗效显著,具有较好效果。在迅速促醒的同时有效改善了酒精中毒相关症状,临床舒适度提高,使患者高质量苏醒。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of large dose naloxone combined with xingnaojing in severe acute alcoholism.Methods 86 cases patients with severe acute alcoholism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated by conventional basic therapy and large dose of naloxone and Xingnaojing.Control group was treated by conventional basic therapy and large dose naloxone.Compared the recovery time,symptoms drink and clinical comfort of 2 groups.Results The recovery time and clinical comfort of treatment group were better than that of control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion Large dose naloxone combined with xingnaojing in severe acute alcoholism has a good effect.Rapid awaking and effectively improve the alcohol intoxication,improve the clinical comfort and awakening quality.
