瘢痕子宫孕妇的社会支持与全程管理状况分析

The correlation analysis of the social support and the whole management of scar uterus for pregnant women

目的了解瘢痕子宫孕妇的心理健康状况,为促进阴道分娩提供心理支持。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对在我院孕检的320例瘢痕子宫孕妇进行调查,同期正常孕妇300例为对照组,测定2组的社会支持情况,并进行统计学分析。结果瘢痕子宫孕妇社会支持得分、主观支持和对支持的利用度得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全程管理后社会支持总得分、主观支持、对支持的利用度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫孕妇的心理健康状况不佳,需要社会支持,对瘢痕子宫孕妇的全程管理可有效改善孕妇心理健康水平,有利于分娩结局。

Objective To understand the mental health status of pregnant women with scar uterus,and to provide psychological support for vaginal delivery.Methods In our hospital 320 cases of pregnant women with uterine scar pregnancy and300 cases of normal pregnant women were investigated,the social support of the two groups were measured,and the statistical analysis was carried out by using the social support rating scale( SSRS).Results The scores of social support,subjective support and the utilization of the support in the scar uterus were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05),while the social support was positively correlated with the whole management( P <0.05).Conclusion Because of the poor psychological health of pregnant women with scar uterus,social support is needed,so the whole management of pregnant women with scar uterus can improve the psychological health of pregnant women.
