药剂科参与用药管理前后抗菌药物的合理应用分析

Rational use of antibiotics before and after drug administration with involvement of pharmacy

目的探讨药剂科参与用药管理前后抗菌药物的合理应用情况。方法选取滑县骨科医院2013年8月—2015年8月收治的无术前感染患者186例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各93例。两组均给予常规抗菌药物治疗,同时观察组有药剂科工作人员参与用药管理,对比两组手术愈合情况、抗菌药物联合应用情况、药物费用、住院时间及住院花费。结果观察组患者手术愈合率、抗菌药物联合应用总合理率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物费用、住院花费低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂科对抗菌药物管理意义重大,可明显促进抗菌药物的合理应用,促进患者早日康复,缩短住院时间,减轻患者的经济负担,从而提高医院医疗服务质量。

Objective To explore the rational use of antibiotics before and after drug administration with involvement of pharmacy. Methods A total of 186 patients with non- operative infection were selected from August 2013 to August 2015 in the Huaxian Orthopedics Hospital of Henan,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,93 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional antibiotic,and the observation group was treated with drug administration of pharmacy staff participation,surgical wound healing,the use of antimicrobial agents,drug costs,hospital stays and hospital costs were compared. Results Of the observation group,the rate of surgical wound healing and the combined application rate of antibacterial drugs were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); of the observation group,the drug costs,hospital costs were lower than control group,hospital stays was shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pharmacy make a big difference to antibacterial drug management,can significantly promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,and promote the recovery of patients,shorten the hospital stays,reduce the economic burden of patients,so as to improve the medical service quality.
