血塞通注射液联合依帕司他治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of xuesaitong injection combined with epalrestat in treating early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨血塞通注射液联合依帕司他治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月—2015年12月河北冶建医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者78例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组38例。对照组给予依帕司他片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血塞通注射液。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A_(1c))、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr);24h尿微量清蛋白(UALB);留取晨尿,采用苦味酸法监测尿肌酐(UCr),采用免疫透射比浊法检测β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG);及两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者FBG、2h PG、Hb A_(1c)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血糖FBG、2h PG、Hb A_(1c)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BUN、Scr、UALB、β_2-MG/Cr比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者BUN、Scr、UALB、β_2-MG/Cr水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合依帕司他治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效明显,可降低血糖并改善肾功能,且不良反应少。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of xuesaitong injection combined with epalrestat in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected from July 2014 to December 2015 in Hebei Building Hospital,which were divided into control group（ n = 40） and observation group（ n = 38）by random number table method. The control group was treated with epalrestat tablets,the observation group was treated with xuesaitong injection on the basis of control group. The patient’s FBG,2h PG,Hb A1c,BUN and SCR which were used automatic biochemical analyzer were measured and compared before and after treatment of two groups; determine 24 h UAlb by immune milk turbidity method; specimens morning urine,monitored urine creatinine（ UCr） by picric acid method,detected β2- MG by immune transmission turbidity method; and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no differences in FBG,2h PG,Hb A1clevels between two groups（ P > 0. 05）; after treatment,the FBG,2h PG,Hb A1c levels of observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no differences of BUN,Scr,UALB,β2- MG / Cr（ P > 0. 05）,after treatment,the observation group of BUN,Scr,UALB,β2- MG / Cr were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）,there was no difference in adverse reaction rate between two groups（ P > 0. 05）. Conclusion Xuesaitong injection combined with epalrestat in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy have an obvious clinical curative effect,which can reduce blood glucose and improve renal function,and have less adverse reactions.
