老年恶性淋巴瘤伴心肌梗死一例报道 被引量：1

摘要 1病例简介患者,女,69岁,主因'非霍奇金淋巴瘤1年,心悸、胸闷4d'于2016-02-20入院。患者1年前出现颈部淋巴结肿大,伴有发热、盗汗、体质量减轻,血常规检查提示贫血,血红蛋白85g/L,经颈部淋巴结活检诊断为外周T细胞性淋巴瘤,非特指型ⅣB。后给予E-CHOP(环磷酰胺1.2g第1天;表柔比星80mg,第1天;长春地辛3mg,第1天;泼尼松80 mg,第1~5天;足叶乙甙0.1g第1~3天)3周为1个周期,化疗6个周期,疗效评价为部分缓解。后因体质较差,巩固治疗应用三氧化二砷10mg/d,d1~14,静脉滴注,1个月为1个化疗周期,共3个化疗周期,
