氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy observation of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将90例不稳定型心绞痛老年患者随机分为研究组和对照组各45例,研究组患者采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗,治疗后比较2组患者心绞痛发作情况及心电图改善情况。结果研究组每周心绞痛发作次数、每次心绞痛持续时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组静息心电图缺血改变恢复正常的患者占64.4%,对照组的患者占26.7%,研究组心电图改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果显著,可以减少患者临床症状的发作,改善患者心电图,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 90 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group with 45 cases. The study group were treated with clopidogrel and aspirin,and the control group were treated with single aspirin therapy. After treatment,patients with angina pectoris and ECG improvement between the two groups were compared. Results The number of angina attacks per week and the duration of angina pectoris of study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Patients in the study group were recovered to normal ECG accounting for 64. 4%,and patients in the control group were recovered to normal ECG by26. 7%,and the improvement of ECG in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is significant,it can reduce the onset of clinical symptoms,and improve the electrocardiogram of patients,which is worth popularizing.
