关节镜下前交叉韧带重建的围术期护理和康复训练

Perioperative nursing and rehabilitation training for the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament under arthroscopy

目的观察关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的护理和康复训练对膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法 20例行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的患者均经过精心的围术期护理和严格的康复训练。对患者术后进行随访,观察术后恢复情况。结果所有患者膝关节主观及客观稳定性均明显改变,无并发症发生,抽屉试验和Lachman试验呈阴性,均能完成日常生活和工作。未发现膝关节松弛现象,复查X线片示膝关节无退变,内固定物无松脱现象,效果满意。结论前交叉韧带损伤患者的手术重建是治疗的最基本和最关键的步骤,围术期护理和康复训练也在膝关节功能恢复过程中起着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing and rehabilitation training on the functional recovery of knee joint after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods The data of 20 patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were collected and the patients were treated with careful perioperative care and intensive rehabilitation training. After the operation,the patients were followed up to observe the postoperative recovery. Results The subjective and objective stability of all patients were significantly changed,no complications occurred,the drawer test and Lachman test were negative,all patients could complete the daily life and work. No knee joint relaxation phenomenon,review the X-ray film showed no knee joint degeneration or internal fixation loose. The effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Surgical reconstruction is the most basic and the most important step in the treatment of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury. The perioperative nursing and rehabilitation training play an important role in the recovery of knee joint function.
